Project Description: The Project site is an existing single-family residence on a sloped lot in the Oakland Hills built in 1954. The existing wood-framed home is approximately 1,000 square feet on a site approximately 6,200 square feet. The Client was seeking a design consultant to assist them in the renovation of a residential outdoor space in Oakland. The program for the Project includes the following scopes of work: renovate the existing front yard, new entry stairs, hardscape design, planting, and potentially a new water feature and drainage strategy.
